2022 Snapper Competition

Mother nature turned it up for a day of sunshine, socialising, good food and our Snapper Comp presentation.

Gerald on taking out the winning place weighing in at 7.55kg. Everyone tried hard to outdo your amazing catch and they proved harder to find than previous weeks. Well done for taking home the Tonic sunglasses pack, the bowsprit and anchor from Lone star marine, and the bait & burley pack from King Bait & Burley.

This year we tried something different instead of having a second place, we urged members and guests to weigh in every snapper no matter what the weight was providing it was withing legal size/bag limits. Every weight recorded was an entry into a mystery prize randomly drawn out at the presentation.
